What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

My husband was arrested for DV. He is being offered Diversion threw the DA, and was told that the no contact order can only be dropped by the judge or PO after he attends classes. Is there any way to get it dropped before that or sooner than 30-90 days! That is too long. ALso, how do they know if you broke a no contact order- do they visit your house, bug your phone, emails ect??

Only a judge can drop a no contact order. It is up to him/her.

As far as how they know if it is broken, well, that is easy. The crystal ball;).

Seriously, you do not want to take the chance of breaking that order and getting caught. It is just not worth it.
