Exclamation

What kind of evidence can be entered at my OP Hearing?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
I have filed an emergency order of protection, which I was granted. I have a court date coming up, and my spouse is trying to get our apartment back. She has already made a key and entered the place, taking alot of her stuff, and mine as well! Anyway, me being the plaintiff, can I ask for additional time at this next hearing to get a lawyer? Or can she be the only one to ask? Also, what kind of evidence can be entered? Can she bring in witnesses to testify to tons of other things not at all pertinent to the abuse of which I alledged in the emergency order? Thank you..What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The question should be, can you prove the abuse?

I can not. There was another OP in february where she really jacked me up, there were police pictures, and she is on probation for that offense. On september 14 I requested another OP and it was granted. I put in there how she shoved me and tried to yank my son out of my arms. Their was really no marks though.
