If you enjoy the kudos for taking the low road, keep it up. But, if you want the drama to stop and you want to avoid even the potential of an annoying lawsuit, then just let it all go and have done with it.

When you engage bullies, you lose. Period. Ignore them and they end up talking only to themselves.
