violation of retraining order

It was a temporary restaining order that he violated twice including forced entry to the house, vandalism, cut phone line in house and assaulted me

Provided there was good service on the TRO, I can see the potential for three - possibly four - felonies and one or two misdemeanors here.

The penalty could be as much as prison, or as little as probation (provided the crimes can be proven).

Talk to your DA.
