What is the name of your state? Ohio Could someone please answer the following three questions for me to help me understand what is happening.?...What is the legal definition of domestic violence; what is the definition of disorderly conduct? What is the difference between pleading guilty and pleading no contest? What are the ramifications of pleading no contest to disorderly conduct versus pleading no contest to domestic violence? Thanks....
