Michigan, Wyandotte. I grabbed a ppo against my mother's ex fiance (and owner of home). This was a basic ppo so he wouldn't threaten to kill me basicly. 3 days later I went to police station in wyandotte. After talking to an officer at the counter, He told me legally I reside in that home and I can go there at anytime I want. He set me up a police escort into the home and as well to have my ppo served. 30 minutes later, at arrival, This officer runs through a few questions reads my ppo and told me to wait at the end of driveway to see if there would be a problem for me to enter my residence. 15 minutes run by, the officer walks back out and tells me I'm unable to go inside, heres your mail, and heres your ppo**************.

IS IT LEGAL OR RIGHT for this police officer to willing accept to serve a ppo, then change his mind??? Or whatever he decided. I was told he was going to get me into my house to grab a much needed phone charger(since im homeless) and my mail**************a few belongings.

WTF?????? It makes me so mad**************I do need legal help because this man has alooooot of money. But I do not**************.so we still play the "Kicking the ladder down" game.

We don't email. Try speaking proper English and you might get help. You GRABBED a PPO? You mean you filed for one? You were granted one? You had an ex parte hearing for one? Was the police officer ordered to serve the copy or was he just accompanying you to pick up belongings? No one knows that the police officer changed his mind. You apparently dont' know what happened. Also, the mail belongs to you. But can you prove that the PHONE CHARGER belongs to you? Or the other belongings you want?
