Public disclosure - weapons registerred

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

He was ordered to surrender his deadly weapons. He provided a detailed list (orally) to the court back in July. He told me he did not surrender them all (in front of witness). I made court aware (twice). Court has no record of surrender and asked him if he did it. He said yes and listed three of them. Court directed him to produce record of surrender.

Can I get a detailed record of weapons registerred to him somewhere?

Are these firearms or other weapons?

I doubt YOU can access a state database of any firearms that are registered to him, but local law enforcement or the Attorney General might be interested. I am not sure of the licensing requirements in WA so I am not even sure there will be a record of the firearms he might have.

Perhaps you should make the local law enforcement aware that he may not be in compliance with the court's orders.

He claims that he turned in the 3 on his person immediateley (as directed)

but the sheriff's office told him he could just hand the others over to a friend instead of surrendering them to the sheriff's office (per the court order).
Yes they were handguns, rifles, shotguns & muzzle-loaders (I think) and am not certain of how many.

Wow, I just called sheriff's office...

They (certainly know us by now) and seem doubtfull that court wouldn't allow him to just give them to a friend (not interested in seeing the order)..."normally courts allow that as an option"
