Question on DV affecting settlement / alimony? What is the name of your state? GA I have a current divorce case pending, and I am wondering if past domestic violence incidents could be factored into settlement and alimony awards to me. My STBX claims he has evidence against me to prove that I abused him, although I was never arrested or charged or anything like that. Can someone please explain to me how I can defend against this being used against me? |

Reading your other posts and your overall attitude, it wouldn't surprise me a bit if he can prove his allegations. |
