Question on DV affecting settlement / alimony?

What is the name of your state? GA

I have a current divorce case pending, and I am wondering if past domestic violence incidents could be factored into settlement and alimony awards to me. My STBX claims he has evidence against me to prove that I abused him, although I was never arrested or charged or anything like that.

Can someone please explain to me how I can defend against this being used against me?

Your defense? The truth. IF soon to be ex is lying he will be unable to prove his accusations.

Reading your other posts and your overall attitude, it wouldn't surprise me a bit if he can prove his allegations.
