What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ga, freind got served last night with two one restricting him from seeing/contacting his wife and kids other prohibitung him from selling anything turning off utilities ect. They have lived apart over six month without any problems. She has moved a man into the house with his small kids and he said he would drive by to get photos for evidence. He never drove by at all. Has had no contact with her in 3 days. Any advice forbthe hearing thats pending in two weeks

Correction: The only thing you can do is offer to help him pay for an attorney.

Your "friend" needs an attorney. And quite frankly, if you are more than just a friend (i.e. you are a girlfriend/lover), you should make sure you stay clear of the court proceedings.

Advice: Tell your friend not to violate the order and to get an attorney.
