What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california
my ex gave me a call a week ago stating that i was being monitor by local police department,and was filing a restraining order against me for no reason,and i still have not been served by anyone?what should i do?

Stay away from her, would be the first thing, then wait to see if you are served with the order, then stay away some more.

we have a two year old little girl together,thats my only connecting with her,where should i go from there,i do miss my little girl.

Have you filed for visitation? If not, start there.

Establish paternity in court. File for visitation. Plan on paying child support.

Stop believing anyone when they tell you that some nebulous government agency is monitoring you unless you actually see them.
