I am a temporary alien in New Jersey and fear that my pregnant wife may use a TRO to force me to submit to her or claim all the assets. She has done it 1 year ago and withdrew TRO later and both of us forgot the incident.

Please tell me on what grounds can she call for a restraining order? Can she simply force me out on the basis of 'fear', show previous (1 year ago) withdrawn TRO or produce false 1-2 local witnesses?? To avoid any such situation, is it advisable to tell the local police about all the problems she has caused me? Also, if she files a TRO, does contesting it puts the burden of proof on me or her?
