restraining order violation?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

My fiance took his ex-wife to court for custody of their children. He had a temporary restraining order against his ex until the court ruled since there was reported abuse (his ex being arrested multiple times) the court wanted his ex to see a doctor and stay on medication for 3 months. The court finally ruled that he would continue to have sole custody and there would be a permanant restraining order in place for my fiance and the children. i know that included in that is any third part contact. I received a message on Facebook.com from his ex's mother talking about the kids, my fiance and his ex.
I know sometimes there is a fine line between what is considered a violation and what isnt. Since i am not on the restraining order I don't know if she is in violation of the restraining order by contacting me even though it involves my fiance and the children.
I would like to know if this is considered a violation and if I can report it.

if the restraining order is from mom, protecting the children and dad. and YOU are not listed on the restraining order. then grandma contacting you, is not a violation of the order. neither of you are covered.

Good Luck

First of all I'm not a lawyer. However, if the exs mother was asking questions
to you, and was wanting you to ask questions to the parties that are covered
in the injuction order, then the ex could be in violation. Best advice I could give you would be to contact local law enforcement.
