Question

Restraining Orders

Daughter had temp restraining order july - october 2000 against abusive boyfriend - they had a 3 week old baby @ the time. county judge renewed restraining order october 6 to last until april 2001. before you get upset, bio-father was allowed visitation w/ baby whenever he wanted from oct.6 200 - jan 10,
2001. father arrested 2 - 3 times for violating ro. also threatened to take baby and leave to mexico.

bf finally gave up on harrassing her to keep from going to jail after the arrests but when ended in april, started with calls to harrass her and when came to visit baby (supervised visitation) would act/say things to upset her and make her uncomfortable during visit. Last call was 05-21-01, when he asked my dtr if she thought he was a good father and she replied no he has not called since and june 1 quit making cs payments.

question: what are the chances of judge issuing another ro for my dtr and grd-dtr with the history of this case?

thank you.

why don't you try to get both a tro and apply for sole custody and abandonment by the father? Doing all of this the correct way requires a professional and seasoned attorney, not by yourself.
