restrining order expires what next

What is the name of your state? pennsylvania
me and my ex came to an agreement on a restraining order 10 months no abuse founded.jusge told us both it will expire on june 15. we have minimal contact ,and have 4 kids together and a house together, but are not married.when this (ro) expires will i be allowed to go back home.remember the was no abuse founded. and according to her best friend my ex doesnt really want me to come back home .then why only agree to 10 month (ro) and not go for the max.from my understanding that when it expires it is no longer in effect so i should be anle to go home. need advice pls

who owns the home?

please don;t tell me it is owned jointly.

Typically, if a RO expires and no extension or new RO is issued, then it is as it was before the RO was issued.

why, why, WHY?????

the trouble has only begun. Dissolving that relationship is going to be more trouble than dissolving the personal one.

I would tread lightly. If there was suspected abuse before, you will be looked at with a prejudiced eye now.
