i have a grandson who is being spanked by the other grandparent with an instrument. what is the law in virginia concerning this? i am concerned because the child is showing aggitation when being dropped off at the grandparents home. I was told this information from my son who just found out yesterday from his son that this was happening. the mother has been granted permission to take this child to florida to live and the grandparents will be there also and the grandmother will be babysitting the child. what can my son do to help his son? should this be reported and to whom? please help.
