Spousal support after dv

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

my husband of 5 years beat and chocked me and my daughter(she is from a previous marriage).

we called 911, the police came and arrested him.I am not working currently; nor do I have any family here in the USA(I am from Germany , I live here since 3 years as a lawful permanent resident)

I am planning to go back to Germany ,but I gonna need around 2-3 weeks before I can leave.

Does he has to pay any support till we leave?
And if so , what do i have to do?

He doesn't have to pay until a court orders him to.

Since you are planning to leave in 2-3 weeks, there isn't enough time for you to even get into court before you leave.

Are you planning to file for a divorce?
If so, get a consult with a local attorney before you leave the country.
