What is the name of your state? New Mexico. I would like to know what the Statue of Limitations is for a Adult person exposing there self to a minor. This happened about 11 years ago. Thank you for any help. mrsbear

I can only guess, but my guess is it's long ago. Have you tried doing a google search for the statute of limitations in your state?

I don't like the 11 year thing going one here. It sounds like, unless you are the child, the mother or father is attempting to dig something up in spite. I hope not.
