I live in NJ and my husband is being accused of assault and harassment against me. I received a citation to go to superior court in Camden. What happens if I will not go? Now I live in his house, he told me to live the house until Monday. Do I have the right to stay 2-3 weeks more until I find another place to live?

You could be arrested for not showing. You could have a warrant for your arrest. Do you want to risk that?
