What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Okay, had children with husband before we got married. Been seperated from husband years. Filed for divorce. In mediation parent plan established, was agreed upon between both parties for joint custody with visitation schedule. Recent evidence was presented to mother regarding father's attempts at sexual molestation with children. This evidence was brought to mother's attention after the custody agreement by both parents. Case was filed with DCF. Father was interrogated by local law enforcement and children were required to have recorded sessions. Divorce has not been finalized. There is a hearing pending with afore mentioned mediation and parent plan agreement. A safety plan has been put in place by DCF to NOT allow father visitation with children. My questions:

Should mother file an injunction for sexual violence to protect the children?

If mother files, is an attorney needed to process the paperwork? (trying to avoid fees and costs associated)

If injunction is NOT filed and no charges are filed, will father be allowed to resume visitation?

If visitation resumes, how does mother protect children against the alleged sexual abuse in the future?

Does the safety plan filed by DCF protect the children in the short term of long term?

Thank you
