OHIO: This was the closest related topic I could find

My fifth grader is encountering a situation that seems out of my control. His teacher has had some physical abuse and alot of mental abuse going on in class. Problem is I can't proof it! It is his word against hers. I am ready to sue the teachers union as it seems they are the ones that do not want to fire her wrongly. Any advise?
P.S. meetings, board meetings and yes, even superintendent meetings have all seemed to fail!
