Transfer DV classes

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? colorado...I was charged with Assault 3rd (MIER) in colorado...The terms of my probation is ''If defendant completes DV TX, moves back to NY and provides proof of the move Probation may convert to unsupervised''. is it possible that i can tranfer my classes to NY and complete the classes their?

The only person who can reliably answer your question will be your probation officer. Talk to him/her about it.
