Tro

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

Long story short. My ex has filed for a TRO

After an incident in where my ex's new husband bumped me(admitted in police report as an "accident") I sent a text stating "I dod not think you had it in you, you only have the balls to hit women".

That same day after the incident while I was walking away I shouted "I might just take her to ohio" referring to my daughter.

2 days later while my ex and I were inside my daughters school(it was her first day of school) Her ex keyed my car for over 1k worth of damage.

a couple hours after he was cited by the police for criminal damage of property my ex filed a TRO against me stating harrasment. To me it is clearly retaliation to the citation for keying my car.

I meet with my lawyer on Monday. Will this likely get dismissed?

You know, daddy, we've been looking for the crystal ball for weeks now.

One of the members walked off with it and we don't know who. We thought it was SJ but we were wrong. Sorry

You threatened to take the child out of state.

That TRO has a more than reasonable chance of becoming permanent.

(Ana, read OP's other threads - much more detailed)
