Question

verbal abuse

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I am in a verbally abusive situation & the time has come to leave. Should I transfer money to my own account before I leave? Can I wait until I'm where I'll be staying to contact an attorney & what kind of note must I leave my husband? I need to go soon!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

no kids & I'm not leaving state, just going to a different city
