what to do

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? i have a friend in Colorado who is being harrashed and feels threatned by her ex boyfriend. what can she do?

If she has proof, she can file for a protective order.

Before doing so though, she should get a quick consult with an attorney to see if any proof she has will be enough to get a PO.
