Here is my problem my wife’s brother served time for Domestic Violence and is currently out after serving the time. To make a long story short her brother and I never really got along. He currently lives with his mother and I think he just found a job. Here is my dilemma, my wife goes over their to see her mother and takes my two kids with her. Well her brother picks on my kids he threatened to kill my daughters cat and he yells at my other daughter, my kids are 10 and 3. I am afraid that he will hurt them or do something. He is not mentally stable. What can I do? The mother is scared of him so she won’t kick him out of the house.

Your wife should have enough sense to keep the kids away from him and not visit. Or pick up her mother and bring her to her house or go somewhere else to visit. Your wife is just as guilty for allowing it to happen and to keep putting them in that situation.
