Hello and thank you in advance for any assistance. From the research I have done I see that 11378 (a) charge is not a wobbler and can not be reduced but I remember being told when I went to court a couple of years ago if I completed my probation with no problems I would have it reduced. Is there any way to pull up my court records and find out if I can get it reduced before I go and ask the Judge if it can be reduced?

Thank you very much!
