Located in Az. My son was pulled over for speeding he was in possession of marijuana. His medical marijuana card was expired as his license was suspended. He was arrested for driving with a suspended license and speeding. No mention of the marijuana on his ticket. He bonded out before he was even booked. He has since gotten a new card. He was pulled over again last night and arrested. He was told he had a warrant for a felony marijuana possessions charge. No idea where the possession charge is from if it's not mentioned on the original ticket.

Your son sounds like he is a bit of a screw-up. How old is he?

Although you did not ask a question, the answer to any question you might ask would be for your son to seek out legal assistance from a good defense lawyer in Arizona. Felony charges are not something he should attempt to handle on his own (or have his mother handle for him - although you can help him pay for the lawyer).

Did you son told you everything from the start? You have to make sure that he is telling all the truth so that it will not cause any problem in the future.

While being honest with his mother would be nice, that is not what is going to keep the son from problems in the future. Not committing crimes is what will help the son avoid problems in the future.

With a felony possession of marijuana charge, the best thing for the son to do is hire a good defense attorney.
