I was with friends and we were pulled over for speeding, we had some beer in the car and we are all uder 21, I'm 19,, they pulled us out and searched us, I had a small amount of pot in my possession, i was charged and need to appear in court. What will I be facing ? what should I plea ? will it be on my permanant record that will hinder getting a job?
