I was recently caught with possession of about 2g of marijuana in my dorm and was under the influence. There isn't a disupte about the possession, it was my 2g of marijuana. My question is what are the penalties I am facing? Will any of this go on my record affecting jobs I may want to get in the future? I'm hoping I can get the charges expunged off my record after a prohbation period and fines, etc. I haven't contacted a defense attorny as this just happened and I can't sleep.
