Minnesota So my fiance is an 18 year old female and she is pregnant with twins and due in April..She has a clean backround,But now is being charged with 2 counts of sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree,What is she going to be looking at if she is found guilty?

Fourth degree controlled substance crimes carry sentences in prison up to 15 years with fines not exceeding $100,000 for EACH charge.

Your fiancee needs an attorney - NOW. She risks the very real possibility of jail time, and having her baby in jail (and probably losing custody of her children shortly thereafter for a large portion of their pre-adult life).
