i'm trying to find out if you got a drug charge exspunged the 1st time can there be something done to get it removed again? or is it on there permantly? and how long do it stay on your record?

If you had a record expunged, that means that it was permanently removed from your record. Why would you need to have it removed again??

well the 2ns time it happen the person that was riding in the car with him had it and didn't tell him so the driver ans passenger both got charge

Yeah, yeah..... That's what they always say. Your "friend" is probably a long-time drug user & needs help. This is the 2nd time that he/she was busted - I guarantee that this is not the 2nd time your friend had drugs in/near their possesion. Have your "friend" seek help. Do you thinik that you can continue getting drug charges expunged - I don't think so.
