| | | 2nd MIP in a month, what to expect??
What is the name of your state? Oregon
Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a situation here. On March 30th of this year i got an MIP and a PCS (less than ounce of marijuana. its bs cause it was a friends pipe with a little bit of resin in it, in my car, I wasn't even driving). and i just went to court today for that, the MIP is 160 and the PCS is 250 plus 200 for the 1 year diversion program. Now with more crap luck i just happened to run into another MIP, a speeding ticket and a failure to stop at a stop sign ticket on the 21st of this month. i have court in 3 weeks for that one. Now will my license be suspended for having two mips? Im 18 and im trying to hide all this stuff from my parents cause they'll kick me out and cut me off if they find out, so im working my ass off paying off my car, paying for colelge, and paying wahts gonna be thousands of dollars in tickets. If i get my license suspended, how long will it be? Will I still be able to drive to work? The judge said if i get another MIP before im 21 ill get it suspended for 6 months and have to pay about 1grand for an alcohol evaluation!! I'm moving in like 3 months so there's no way i can have it suspended for 6 months? please help

Q: If i get my license suspended, how long will it be?
A: For a long, long time, I hope. You have a serious dope problem and should not be behind the wheel of any kind of motorized vehicle (including a riding lawnmower).

How come we don't get writers who actually own up to the drugs being "theirs"?

I hadn't even consumed any alcohol when i got the 2nd MIP, another one of my stupid friends brought an empty bottle of wine in my car, once again it was in my car, in my possesion. |

Atleast my buddy with the pipe is paying for half of the pcs charges, but my friends who had the bottle in my car could've cared less. infact, after we got pulled over one of them said,"I feel bad for the girls, we were supposed to meet them 15 minutes ago." i about ripped his head off right there.  |

The judge already gave you your answer. When your license is suspended the location will be happy to honor that suspension. | |
