My son today who is 16 had a run in with the police, they accused him of drinking which him and his friend denied, they also both refused to take breathalyzer. The police officer said that we would be given a citation and would need to go to court. What should we do?

Have you considered making him pay it?

Yes but we were told he was going to have to go to court, and do some youth service group.
