I live in South Carolina. I was arrested for shoplifting while I was on probation/PTI for possession of methamphetamines; essentially breaking the probation. I was in the county detention center for 2 1/2 months before someone bailed me out. The fine was cut from $5000 to $2500.
Will I do any jail time since I committed another crime?
