In Oct. of 2009 I was arrested for poss. w/ the intend to sell oxycotins but they said this happened in Jan. of 2006. How can I be charged w/ something they said happened 3 yrs. ago and what kind of evidence can they have if they never took the pills from me I had no knowledge of any of this till they arrested me.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
