My friend was arrested for possesion of Marijuana. The officer who arrested him was alone when it happened, he did not read my friend his rights then asked him where he got it and how much he paid. When my friend told him the cop said I could have got some for you cheaper and better. That cop has now been suspended (for smoking Marijuana and has a hearing tommorrow after my friends court date. Can my friend use this to his advantage? How should he plead guilty or not guilty? Should we go ahea and get a lawyer and fight this?
