This problem occurred in Iowa. A baby was taken from a mother by a court ordered warrant, signed by an associate district judge. The mother tested positive for meth, via hair follical, and negative upon delivery for both mother and child. After the baby was taken, the mother had a confrontation with the alleged father. The father threatened to ensure she never got the child back. The foster mother, allegedly, consumes cannabis with the "father" who threatened the mother. On a Saturday, days after the baby was taken, was administered another hair follicle test. The test came back positive for 3,800mg of amphetamines and 3 mg of cannabis. The baby was examined by a doctor and proven to be healthy. What course of action can the mother take to prove her innocence.?

Most everything I have seen on drug testing measures in NANOGRAMS or PICOGRAMS, not Millograms (mg).
Are you sure you have the correct information? ETA: there are 1000000 ng in 1 mg.
Furthermore, even if the babe tested clean at birth, the drugs that mom used during pregnancy could just be working it's way out of the baby's system.
(pssssttt...if Mom tested positive at any time during the pregnancy, then she is not innocent!)

And WHO ARE YOU in the this little scenario?

Attorney attorney attorney.

That is the only thing I am going to suggest; you have to understand that this goes way beyond a legal forum.
