What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee
The attorney appointed to this case has not filled an appeal to the denial of bail, has not even requested another Detention Hearing. Its been 30 days. Any suggestions?

I guess you missed the part where the OP said "attorney appointed to this case". This is a public defender. Very hard to get a 'replacement' without a LOT of good reason to the court.

Yes, that's what I figured. I printed out an appeal form for my fiance'. Should I have her go ahead and file it? Or will that cause any kind of problem?

Well, I did. All he has to offer is, that the judge will probably not grant it. And I really don't care what he thinks the judge will probably do. So, should I have her file her own appeal?
