My son has been in jail in Marion County Mississippi for 6 months. His bond was set initially at $100k. It was reduced to $35k. I still cannot afford the $ to get him out? He has not been indicted. How long can he stay in jail without being indicted? And he is in there with convicted felons. Is this legal? He hasn't been convicted of anything.
