Bringing back Prescription drugs from Mexico

What is the name of your state? Arkansas

My friend and I are going to Cancun in a few weeks and we wanted to know what the law was on bringing back prescription drugs back from Mexico was. I wanted to bring back Xanax and I'm not sure what he wanted to bring back. Maybe Oxycontin or something. We don't use them, we just want to sell them. Just wondering if it was legal or not. Thanks

My response:

You'll be fine. Under Federal Law, you're allowed to bring back up to 500 pills of each type of medicine per trip/crossing. If you had prescriptions, you could bring back up to 2000 pills of each medicine. So, make sure of your quantities before you re-enter the United States. Customs officers will count the pills - - believe me.

Also, private parties are allowed to sell those pills without fear of prosecution IF you sell in quantities of 5 or less per transaction.

Where my dad is...He is at work making money. Unlike some people who sit at home on a computer and are stupid to have a real job. If you could put 2 and 2 together you could see that I want to sell Xanax to people who have to have it to get wasted at a profit.
