i am on probation for under the influence of meth and i just got cited for my second offence. in my first charge i did time in county jail (4 months) usually the judge allows to take drug classes for first offence but he did not to me. can i ask for drug classes for my second offence since they where not offered to me in my first?
the reason for the drug classes now is because i am employed full time and can't afford to lose this job. confused what can i do?
the state where this happened is california county of tulare.
p.s. any other programs that whould keep me out of jail so i don't lose my job such as drug court?
