Busted with 10gs and....Need Help

In Illinois i was busted with 10grams of marajuana in one bag.
There was a pipe, grinder and scale in the car.
Under the seats they might have found little baggies but i wont know until i go to court.
This is my first time getting arrested for anything
what should i expect?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

How old are you? No matter what your age, you will need an attorney, though.

Depends what you are charged with. 10g posession is 6 months/$1500. Distribution is a year/$2,500 (unless it was a school zone which makes it a felony). First offenders typically get 24 months probation.

Didnt know that me being in a school zone made any difference.
Im 19 and i do have an attourney.
There also trying to bust me for a DUI because we were in the car when student RA's from the school walked up.
No police ever witnessed me in the car.....does that make a difference?
