I found this info on a background check on someone in my state data base and want to know if I can find out what the "CS" actually was.

Level of Offense F3 - Felony

Arrest Disposition 205 - HELD

It happened in Aug. '00 and I want to know if the details of the arrest is public info and whom I would contact for it?

Yes, the person was arrested but the DA has not done anything. I'm not sure how to find out, or if I can, the details of the arrest. What was found, the amount, etc., etc.
