I'm 17yrs, and i live in wisconsin. Me and some of my friends were out driving around and we stubled apon this party that the cops were busting, and they pulled us over thinking that we were there for party, but we weren't. They could smell the marijuana in the car, but they never asked if we were smoking. I didn't have any drugs or parifinalia on me, but i got charged with Possession. Can they really do that, especially when they don't even know it i was smoiking?
