CDS Charges in Newark.

So I was popped by undercover cops in Newark, NJ about 2 weeks ago with about 3 bundles of dope.. Wound up getting booked.. fingerprinted, pictures...etc and released with a court date... Wwent back to court.. was appointed a public defender the other day.. now I have court again in n3 more weeks..

My buddy was with me.. He was actually driving and got additional ticket... (Transporting)--

What am I looking at here? I'm already suspended by my job... myfingerprinter went straight to my job of course.. (Took about 3 days.. - I work for the state so they get those results... ) '

My job is goo d as gone..I'm just trying to deterine the final verdict, etc.. ANy help me out here??

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You have got to find out if your state has any type of diversion program. You may be able to salvage some parts of your life if you get help now. You know of course the stigma with that drug.

Are you a part of the union?
Do you have an attorney?
