Several types of potpourri or artificial marijuana have been banned in Missouri. A new kind, i believe it is called K4 has become legal in their place. I bought some one day and smoked it out of a makeshift pipe. When a police officer discovered it in my possession, he wrote me a ticket. I asked him how he could charge me considering it is not against the law. He told me that he could because it was not being used as intended as potpourri because on the packaging it says "not for human consumption". Did I really do something against the law?
