Two weeks ago, I was issued a ticket for possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana [code 23222(b)].
My question is, because I am a prop 215 patient (i had my card with me at the time but the citing officer refused to see it) will the charges against me be dropped? The offense is pretty benign as it is, and because I am authorized to have up to an oz. of marijuana (under prop 215) in transport, it seems to me that it will justifiable in court.
I ask however, because I'd like to have some peace of mind regarding this issue...I'm a stressed out college student as it is
