Conditional Discharge / Background Check - NJ

About 3 years ago I got arrested for possession of marijuana, less than 50g. I got a conditional discharge, completed my terms and have had no issues since.

I recently applied for a job that required a background check. Some people say it won't show up because I never lived in the county, some say it will show up as an arrest.

Will it show up? If it shows up as an arrest, what would it look like to them?

The only way to know for sure what is on your record is to conduct your own investigation.
