In Idaho, I am 23 years old and I have 2 room mates, one of witch is 19 and the other 17 (his fiance). Police were called on a noise violation and police showed up to find that all three of us had consumed alcohol that night. I got charged with "Contributing to Minor Delinquency" 20-526. What is the average sentence for a first time offense of this in Idaho and what would be my best course of action? Can I really get in trouble for not stopping them from drinking in their own apartment? also i did not buy the alcohol
