What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? colorado, arapahoe county Let me just start with an overview so I know someone who currently is being accused of alledgidly selling an oz. of a controlled substance (class b drug) to a confidenital informant a little over a year ago. At the time this occured he was on probation for a felony charge of distribution. The CI was wearing a wiretap, basically I was curious as to if wiretaps are legal without ones knowledge? In the discovery they have money photocopied and to the best of my knowledge (since the DA would not disclose the tape unless taking it to trial) the say they heard no one else in the vehicle.
